Privacy policy

Your email is an identity, not a marketing opportunity.

Last updated: October 17, 2026

The short version: No analytics. No ads. Internal tools may store your email to recognize you at sign-in. That’s the purpose, not the start of a mailing list.

1. Scope

This policy covers the xbdev.eu information website and the internal tools on this domain that link to it. The xbdev.eu team operates these tools for authorized team members and invited collaborators. A tool with additional data practices should provide its own notice before collecting that information.

2. Visiting this website

These public pages do not have account registration, contact forms, analytics, advertising, tracking pixels, or cookies. They do not store information in your browser or load third-party fonts or scripts.

Hosting infrastructure may process technical request information, such as an IP address and request time, to deliver pages and maintain security. That processing is separate from the application’s sign-in records.

3. Signing in to internal tools

If an internal tool uses Google or another sign-in provider, it may receive and store your email address to identify your account and check that you are allowed to sign in. Authentication also involves technical identifiers and session information needed to verify a login and keep you signed in.

We use sign-in information only for authentication, access management, and account security. We do not use it for advertising, marketing, profiling, or sale. We do not receive your Google password, and sign-in alone does not grant access to your Gmail messages, Drive files, or other account content.

4. Cookies and service providers

An internal tool may use essential session cookies or equivalent storage to maintain a login. These are for authentication, not tracking. The public information pages do not need them.

Our hosting and authentication providers process the information needed to operate their services. Google’s handling of information is described in its Privacy Policy. We do not sell or rent personal information. Information may also be disclosed when required by law.

5. Retention and access

Sign-in records are kept while needed to provide authorized access. When access is no longer required, the team administrator can remove the account record, subject to any necessary security or legal retention. Access to account information is limited to people who need it to administer the tools.

6. Your choices

You can ask the team administrator what account information is held about you and request correction or deletion. Deleting a sign-in record may prevent you from using a tool. You can also remove a Google connection in your Google Account settings; doing so does not itself delete a record already stored by a tool.

Depending on applicable law, you may also have rights to access, restrict, object to processing, or receive a copy of your personal data, and to raise a concern with your local data protection authority.

7. Contact and changes

For privacy questions or an account information request, contact the xbdev.eu internal team administrator through your usual team communication channel. We will update this page when our practices change and communicate material changes to users through those channels.
